Beyond the Arcane: the afterglow is a fanzine dedicated to the post-canon lives of the Arcane cast. It follows the stories of the living and ambiguously-alive characters after Season 2.

FAQ
What is a fanzine?
A fanzine (short for fan magazine) is a collection of artwork and/or writing that is self published by fans for other fans. Our zine will include artwork, fanfiction, and merch bundles!Is this zine for profit or for charity?
Our project is for-charity. A more detailed breakdown of compensation can be found in the Contributor Guide.Will there be a digital or physical copy?
For now, that depends on our Interest Check!What types of merchandise will be included?
This will be decided by our interest check! If the zine is physical, we hope to include items such as prints, keychains, stickers, and standees. If the zine is digital only, we hope to include items such as wallpapers, emotes, and planner templates.How many contributors are you seeking?
We are seeking to have a larger proportion of artists to writers; however, the exact specifications will be determined by our interest check!What characters are allowed in the zine?
All living and ambiguously-alive characters after Season 2 are allowed in the zine, including Jinx, Jayce, and Viktor. Deceased characters such as Ambessa will be portrayed in the context of being remembered.What pairings or ships are allowed in the zine?
All canon ships and ships that might be possible post-canon are allowed in the zine. The latter includes ships such as Mel/Sevika, as both characters are alive post-canon.I have other questions!
